The 9-mile McAlpine Greenway, one of Charlotte’s most popular recreation areas just minutes away from Sardis Forest. Cyclists, runners, walkers, and families flock to the greenway when the weather is nice. Athletes young and old enjoy practicing on the sports fields at nearby Boyce Park, which also has lengthy walking trails and two playgrounds.
