We are an established community with a centralized location so residents are able to get to many places easily. We're not too far from all the 'fun' of downtown, but we are far enough away that you don't feel like you're in the city. At Colonial, we have very large oversized bedrooms that give you plenty of space. Residents like the convenience of off-street parking, and that we're close to downtown. The property is nestled in a residential area where 'you live downtown' but don't live in the busy traffic areas of the immediate downtown area. Close to restaurants and nightlife, and for students, close to the college and the local transit if they do not have a vehicle. Residents like the fact that someone is always here 7 days a week if they have any questions or concerns. Also, they love how close we are to the school and downtown. Residents also appreciate the free Wi-Fi in the clubhouse and access to the fitness center. They appreciate the 24 hour emergency maintenance, the storage facility in the resident building, our two swimming pools, and the grilling areas. Residents love the nearby restaurants. Also, the Verizon Center is nearby for concerts and they can catch Fisher Cat games at the Stadium. For fun, residents enjoy the functions held on Main Street, from local car shows to Parades for St. Patty's day. Many nightlife options are available. Also, we have many 'power walkers' walking the community.
