The middle-class neighborhood of St. Catherine’s Gardens is located down State Route 71 from the downtown area of Kansas City and is close to Interstates 470 and 435. The community was originally centered around St. Catherine School. The average listing price for homes in the neighborhood is $118,000. The community’s namesake, St. Catherine School, is now known as Warford Elementary School. A high school, several academies, and Heritage College are situated in the immediate area.

St. Catherine’s Gardens residents who want to see the Kansas City Royals or Chiefs play can hop on Interstate 435. They can also continue north to take part in the lively attractions that are available in the downtown area of Kansas City.
