Linden Hills and Indian Heights is a neighborhood in Kansas City, Missouri. The neighborhood is located to the south of Bannister Road, east of Holmes Road, west of Blue River Road, and north of Interstate 435. The neighborhood is known for being lightly populated, with plenty of greenery surrounding the homes in the area. Located along Interstate 435 to the south, the neighborhood is ideal for those looking for seclusion, while still maintaining connection to Kansas City and the attractions of the area.

Homes in the area are a mixture of single family detached dwellings to multiple family homes and apartments. Most of the homes are modern; however, there is a good mixture of years built, providing additional character to the area.

One of the biggest draws to Linden Hills and Indian Heights is located on the west side of the neighborhood. This is where the Indian Creek Bike Trail can be picked up. This awesome trail runs along Indian Creek and through many forested parts of the area. The trail has several water crossings, which makes it a wonderfully scenic bike ride. There are also walkers and runners who take advantage of the longer trail, as well as photographers who use the trail as a means of getting up close to the wildlife residing around the creek.

Another popular destination is the Oakwood Country Club off of Grandview Drive, which is well within walking distance for many able bodied residents. The country club is home to a moderate sized golf course that gets regular use. The course and facilities at Oakwood are well maintained, providing a quality experience for members. The club also features an excellent tennis program with several courts that are used for league play, individual training sessions, and even tournaments.
