Fairway Hills Estates is a neighborhood of 175 homes in the western Kansas City, Kansas suburb of Shawnee. Though small in area, the neighborhood features a local pool. Beside the pool is a small park with playground equipment for younger residents. With easy access to Interstates 435 and 70, Fairway Hills residents can be anywhere in the area within a reasonable amount of time.
The neighborhood is close to many museums. For residents with children, Wonderscope Children’s Museum of Kansas City is a must-visit. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are several parks convenient for neighborhood residents. Matt Taylor Park, Little Mill Creek North Park, and Sar-Ko-Pa Trails Park are great places at which Fairway Hills residents can relax. Sar-Ko-Pa has sports facilities, a lake, and a pool.
