The park also has several docks for fishing, a sandy beach for swimming and tanning, and several miles of pavement for walkers, runners, skaters, and cyclists looking to add considerable distance onto their exercise routines. The park is also home to the Fred Arbanas Golf Course which overlooks Longview Lake on the eastern edge.
