Meadowthorpe Park is a five acre park located in the neighborhood. It has baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts, open fields, a playground, a community center and restrooms.

There are stores and restaurants on Leesville Road. Family Dollar Store and Papa John’s Pizza are just two of them. There is also an antique mall on Leesville Road that offers some interesting browsing. There are always new things coming in to pique the interest of shoppers.
