College Hill Apartments for Rent

Just to the south of downtown Topeka, Kansas, is the historic neighborhood of College Hill. Lake Shawnee, located to the southeast of Topeka, has the world’s only fully-staked, 400-meter-dash rowing course. The 410-acre lake is also surrounded by hiking trails, an 18-hole golf course, sand and volleyball courts, a botanical garden, a beach, a marina, and 127 campground sites.
