The neighborhood is bordered by East Victory Drive on the north, by Skidaway Road on the east, and by East 52nd Street on the south. The historic Grayson Stadium forms the western boundary. The Harry S. Truman Parkway bisects the neighborhood.

Victory Square is part of a large shopping area that includes Victory Square Shopping Center, McAlpine Shopping Center, Victory Drive Shopping Center, and much more. There is also some undeveloped property surrounding the commercial area and the Truman Parkway.
The area public schools are part of the Chatham County School District. The Savannah Arts Academy is in the proximity and is dedicated to teaching quality visual and performing arts. Other schools in the area include Ellis Montessori Elementary Academy and Myers Middle School.
