Grant Park, which has the distinction of being the oldest park in Atlanta, is located less than 5 miles from the community. In addition to a number of picnic areas, plenty of wide open green space, and a myriad of walking and nature trails, the park is also the site of the Atlanta Cyclorama, a visual depiction of the battle of Atlanta during the Civil War, and the Atlanta Zoo. Centennial Olympic Park is also located in the area, and plays host to numerous events throughout the year.

Sports fans in the neighborhoods will be thrilled to learn that they’re near three of the biggest sporting venues: Turner Field, the home of the Atlanta Braves, The Georgia Dome, and Phillips Arena are located within 5 miles of their community.
