County Road 2196, Old Saint Augustine Road, is the southern boundary for the Pine Meadows neighborhood. Louvinia Drive is the eastern border. Pine Cone Road enters the development off Louvina and ends in a cul-de-sac. Blue Spruce Court and Yellow Lane are cul-de-sacs off Pine Cone Road. The layout of the roads reduces non-residential traffic and adds privacy. Residences are nicely spaced on large, leafy lots. A pond is included in the northern section, surrounded by dense woods.

Louvinia Drive joins Highway 27, the Apalachee Parkway, to the north of the community. Highway 27 provides an east-west commuter route for residents. Just minutes away to the north, residents have numerous recreational opportunities. The J.R. Alford Greenway and Pond is just north of Lake Lafayette, Lake Lafayette Heritage Trail Park, and Piney Z Lake.

The Chaires Capitola Community Park is off State Highway 154. The park includes two ball fields, four tennis courts, and two basketball courts. A large community center is also at this location. Chairs Elementary School is just south of the park.

Lincoln High School is off Conner Boulevard by way of Highway 27. Residents can use either the Highway or County Road 2196 to head west into the city for shopping and dining. The Governor’s Square and Gulf Wind Shopping Centers are within five miles. The downtown area is also the location of Florida State University and Florida A and M University for those who are interested in furthering their education.
