To the north is the East to West Expressway, which is only a short drive from Interstate 4. To the south of Monterey is Curry Ford Road, which provides access to numerous restaurants featuring foods from all around the world. It provides quick access to two of the largest hospitals in the area, Arnold Palmer Hospital and Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Along the north boundary of Monterey is Lake Underhill Road, which features the Orlando Executive Airport just along the north side only two minutes away from the Monterey neighborhood. To the east is Semoran Boulevard, which is another major roadway in the area. Along each of the major roadways are numerous bus stops that will take travelers throughout Orlando. Sidewalks and crosswalks are also plentiful for those looking to get a little more exercise from their travels.
