Rp Sports Compex Apartments for Rent
RP Sports Complex in Sacramento was built for NBA’s Sacramento Kings. Just north of downtown Sacramento, an entire community has emerged from the farmlands to become one of the city’s major destinations.
ARCO Arena may be the center of this community; however, it’s not the only attraction. There are numerous shopping centers, offices, and retail stores that encircle the arena. Also, there are residential streets and apartment complexes on the outskirts of it.
Also, with a city college and the future site of the International Academy of Design and Technology within its boundaries, this growing community may become an important educational center.
Despite its main attraction, RP Sports Complex actually derives its name from another nearby facility. It has a football stadium, baseball fields, and tennis courts. The facility is part of the American River College Natomas Center campus, part of the Los Rios Community College District.
This community’s circular boundaries are Del Paso Road to the north, Commerce Way to the west, Arena Boulevard to the south, and Truxel Road to the east. On the outer edge of the arena’s parking lot is Sports Parkway, which connects to the outer perimeter streets by two roads: West Entrance and East Entrance.
Some of the residential areas are found between Sports Parkway and Arena Boulevard, east of Truxel Road and West of Commerce Way.
Del Paso Road is an important street. Not only does it connect Interstate 5 to the community, it contains shopping centers, American River College, North Natomas Library, and the Natomas Unified School District office. Also, a vacant lot off this street is where the academy and Walgreens District Office will be built.
Another shopping center and a school, Little Blossom Montessori School, are off of Truxel near Arena Boulevard.
