College Greens East Apartments for Rent

College Greens is a neighborhood located in East Sacramento. It is south of La Riviera Drive, north of Folsom Boulevard and west of Occidental Drive. College Greens is located south and east of downtown Sacramento.

Golden Palms Mobile Home Park is located on Folsom Boulevard. This is a park for mobile or manufactured homes. It is an affordable alternative for living in this area of California. Woodlake Village Apartments in the western area of the neighborhood offer one to three-bedroom apartments and townhouses with updated kitchens and baths. Four pools and a spa provide great outdoor amenities, and the apartments also have a fitness center that is open 24 hours a day.

The single-family homes in the College Greens neighborhood are smaller than in many other Sacramento neighborhoods. That means that this is one of the most affordable and desirable neighborhoods.

College Greens Shopping Center is located in the College Greens neighborhood. There are several stores and restaurants in this shopping center including Raley’s Supermarket, Starbuck’s Coffee, Subway Sandwich and Carl’s Jr.

Comfort Inn and Suites are located on Howe Avenue.

Many residents belong to the College Greens Swim and Racquet Club located on Notre Dame Drive. The pool is open from late in April to the end of September. Membership is required to use the pool. Guests are welcome with members as long as they don’t live in the neighborhood. Residents are encouraged to join the club to use the pool. There are tennis courts and other activities that are going on at the club year round.

California State University Sacramento campus is just to the west of this neighborhood. College Greens has access to Sacramento on the Light Rail and also on Highway 50, the El Dorado Freeway.
