Rosemont Neighborhood

Rosemont is a neighborhood in Sacramento California. The northern border of the neighborhood is the El Dorado Freeway, the south is Jackson Road, east is Bradshaw Road, and the west is South Watt Avenue. The neighborhood offers easy access to the freeway and the light rail.

Cordova Recreation Golf Course is a full-service 18-hole public golf course. There is a driving range, a pro shop, a bar and grill, and group golfing lessons. Discounts are offered for seniors and juniors. The rates at this course make it a popular choice for residents.

Rosemont Community Park is a local 17-acre park that offers four tennis courts, a tot’s play area, playground, baseball and softball fields, and picnic areas. Manlove Park is a small park that offers picnic areas and lots of open space and trees. Henley Park is a small park that offers a great place for a picnic and a children’s play area.

The Rosemont Plaza Shopping Center is an outdoor shopping mall that offers a variety of local shops and restaurants, as well as Rite Aid Pharmacy, Subway Sandwich Shop, and Ace Hardware.

Located in the heart of the neighborhood, the Rosemont Park Apartments offers apartments and townhouses featuring from one to three bedrooms, and with a variety of floor plans. It is a gated community that offers lots of amenities, including a pool. This is just one of several apartment complexes in the neighborhood.

The majority of the homes in Rosemont are average to small-sized one-story ranch style homes. Many streets do not have sidewalks. There is a lot of greenery, and the yards are quite small.
