The Lawrence District Park and Tucson’s Southwest Library border Valencia Homesites on its western edge. Residents of Valencia Homesites shop four miles east at Valencia Road Plaza. The shopping center is south of the Pima Community College-Desert Vista Campus, which sits on 60 acres and offers diverse and affordable educational opportunities.
