The site features an Old West shootout on the streets and amusement rides. Old Tucson is also famous for its annual Halloween Nightfall event.

Students who are neighborhood residents can walk to Twin Peaks Elementary School. Pictures Rocks Intermediate School and Marana High School are about 20 minutes from Twin Peaks.

Twin Peaks residents enjoy a quiet neighborhood with incredible mountain views as well as stunning sunsets. The community is only a few minutes from Interstate 10, making is easy for residents to reach the University of Arizona or work in downtown Tucson.
