Swan Way Park Apartments for Rent(hide neighborhood information)
Swan Way Park is a neighborhood of smaller homes in the $130 thousand price range. It is close to the city of Tucson, but still close to urban parks, such as its namesake Swan Way Park and Pinecrest Park. The community is bordered by Swan Road on the east, East 5th Street on the south, and East Speedway (a major thoroughfare) on the north.
Several well-regarded eateries are situated in the area. One of these restaurants is the El Charro Café. Established in 1922, the Mexican style restaurant has a long history with the city, and can now be found in several locations. Menu selections accommodate both vegetarian and gluten-free patrons. A popular meal is the “Two for Tucson,” which is includes a corn tamale and flat enchilada. Other nearby eateries are Duke’s Coffee Pot Cafe and the Sanchez Burrito Company (the restaurant’s large steak burrito is a local favorite).
Swan Way Park is considered a very pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. If you like golf, the Randolph Municipal Golf Course is nearby. Randolph Municipal is adjacent to Reid Park, a city park that has two lakes, a walking and bike route, and tennis courts.
A good high school education is also important to this small community. The little neighborhood boasts not one but two high schools: University High and Rincon High.
Swan Way Park, which is made up of a little over 1,400 people, is indeed a pleasant place with plenty of recreational opportunities, small shops, and eateries. All of these amenities combine to make Swan Way a great place to call home.
