It is a natural habitat for various reptiles, birds, and animals, and a beautiful place to visit for hiking and backpacking expeditions. Tucson Mountain Park has numerous trails available for hiking and biking. Guests to the park enjoy challenging climbs to see intriguing scenic vistas, all the while traveling through plush, desert vegetation on their journey.

The Sunset Pointe neighborhood is privileged to be established between two Tucson mountain ranges. The Santa Catalina Mountains are situated a few miles east of the community. They are much larger than the Tucson Mountain Range and have higher mountains to climb.
