St John’s Property is a neighborhood in the Casas Adobes area of Tucson, Arizona, about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Tucson. This primarily residential community is situated just east of North San Joaquin Avenue and west of North La Cholla Boulevard, along West Acacio and Placita San Agustin. St John’s Property is in the 85741 zip code area, within Pima County. Neighboring communities include Friendship Villas At La Cholla, Vaquero Villa, and La Cholla Ridge.

The St John’s Property neighborhood consists of about three-dozen homes situated along three cul-de-sacs. A handful of the homes have swimming pools for cooling off from the Tucson heat, but in general the yards are fairly small and the homes are somewhat close together. Much of the surrounding area to the south and west is undeveloped.

One of the most prominent features of the St John’s Property community is the Northwest Medical Center, situated just on the other side of La Cholla Boulevard, within walking distance of the neighborhood. The prominent area medical center also features the Healthsouth Rehab Hospital of Southern Arizona and the Sonora Behavioral Health Hospital. These medical facilities not only provide easy access to health care for St John’s Property residents, but they provide employment as well.

Several neighborhood parks are within a mile west of St John’s Property, including Casas Adobes Park, Wildwood Neighborhood Park, and the Pegler Recreation Area. Each one features various community amenities; Wildwood Neighborhood Park, for example, offers a basketball court, tennis court, playground, softball field, and plenty of open space for games, sports, and picnicking.
