Following Holliday’s death, developer Kelley Rollings acquired Rancho Sin Vacas and gave its roads characteristic names such as Calle Sin Pecado, ”Street Without Sin, ” Placita Sin Muerte, ”Place Without Death”, and Calle Sin Envidia, ”Street Without Envy”. A portion of Rancho Sin Vacas was then sold to Bill Estes, a Tucson real estate developer.

The majestic Sin Vacas stone gate right still greets its visitors. Guards work there 24/7 to ensure safety and direct visitors. Right on the west side of Calle Sin Envidia are the Villas at Sin Vacas, a community featuring town homes with clubhouse, spa, fitness center and pool. On the east side of Calle Sin Envidia is Villa Milano, featuring seventy-four villas of exquisite architecture reflecting the charm of a Tuscan village.

Parents of school age children may take advantage of several schools in the nearby areas. Manzanita Elementary School off East Manzanita Avenue, Cornerstone Christian Academy primary school off Orange Grove Road, Orange Grove Middle School off East Orange Grove Road, and Catalina Foothills High School off of East Sunrise Drive are a few examples.
