Rancho Del Rte is a neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona. It is located north of downtown Tucson west of Interstate 10. The area is bordered on the west by North Sanders Road and on the south by West Orange Grove Road. The northern border is West Lord Lane and North Calvin Road marks the eastern edge.

Rancho Del Rte is northeast of Tucson Mountain Park. Visitors here enjoy miles of hiking and biking trails. The Old Tucson Studios is a popular destination for those wanting to relive life in the Old West. The studio was the site of many popular Western films. The Arizona Sonona Desert Museum is also nearby. It is home to a world-renowned zoo and a natural history museum. Here visitors can gaze on moon rocks and other minerals, as well as view a wide variety of animals, from bighorns to otters and from snakes to scorpions. There is a world-famous hummingbird exhibit here, as well. The museum is on North Kinney Road, one of the roads that crosses the mountain pass near Rancho Del Rte.

The Juan Santa Cruz Picnic Area is a nearby favorite spot for picnicking. An array of popular golf courses dot the area, as do many bike lanes on the public streets, making bike commuting popular here. College students can attend Pima Community College at a variety of locations, or the University of Arizona, which is located in downtown Tucson. There are many shops, strip malls, and restaurants in the areas lining the main thoroughfares.
