Park Lane Apartments for Rent

On the eastern edge of Arthur Pack Regional Park is the tightly packed Tucson community of Park Lane. This Arizona neighborhood is divided into two sections.

The first is carved out of the desert in an almost-perfect square. West Redfield Lane is the only way in and out and leads to the center of the neighborhood. At the corner of West Spinnaker Lane and North Lassiter Drive is a neighborhood community center with a swimming pool. The homes around the outer part of the square have larger lots, and some of these have their own pools. This part of Park Lane is one long block wide and three short blocks deep.

To the east is the second, and slightly older, part of Park Lane. It dates from the mid-1970s. North Eagle Dancer Road exits off West Overton Road, then circles around in a big loop to create West Butterfly Lane and North Red Fox Lane. Homes in this part of the development are on slightly larger lots, are more spread out, and have more individualistic designs. Single- and multi-family homes are both present.

Nearby schools include Ironwood Elementary and Mountain View High, both south of Park Lane. The Mountain View Baptist Church and the Foothills Community Church are both within blocks of the neighborhood. A Walgreens is across the street, on West Overton Road, while and Safeway and Blockbuster are three blocks north.

Residents who are golfers enjoy the Tucson National Golf Course, a mile to the south, and the Desert Golf Course, across the street in Arthur Pack Regional Park. This open green space also offers hiking trails, baseball diamonds, a basketball court, snack shack, and a wildlife viewing area.
