Montierra is a community in northwest Tucson, Arizona, just over 35 minutes from the center of the city. This small residential neighborhood is bounded by West Overton Road on the south, North Cam Del Fierro on the west, and North Camino De Plaza on the east. It consists of fewer than two dozen large single-family homes along a single street – Montierra Place. The homes here are situated on rather spacious lots, with considerable greenery for a Tucson neighborhood.

Another significant attraction near Montierra is the Arthur Pack Regional Park, situated approximately one mile to the west. In addition to another 18-hole golf course, this large park offers walking/biking trails, softball/baseball fields, batting cages, picnic facilities, a soccer arena, skate park, and playground.

Residents of Montierra are also just five miles north of the Northwest Medical Center, one of the most prominent medical facilities in Tucson.
