Named in honor of the 35th President of the United States, the park features sports fields, lighted tennis courts, lighted basketball courts, a swimming pool, playgrounds, and a fishing lake that is stocked regularly with white amur, channel catfish, bluegill, rainbow trout, carp, hybrid sunfish, and large-mouth bass.
Oak Tree is a small park to the east of Manzanita Terrace that features a multi-use field, basketball courts, and several shaded picnic areas.
