The general vicinity surrounding the Loma De La Vista Verde neighborhood in Tucson, Arizona consists of mountains and forests to the north and east of the community, Davis Monthan Air Force Base in the southern portion of the region, and the City of Tucson, situated west of the neighborhood. The Loma De La Vista Verde community is tucked away in a unique little cove that is nestled between the Santa Catalina Mountains and Saguaro National Park. These are connected to each other, and they are in proximity to this area.

Residents of the Loma De La Vista Verde community live in a characteristically rural area. Wild animals have their habitats in the Santa Catalina Mountains, and sometimes can be found lingering in the outskirts of town. Despite the rustic setting, the Loma De La Vista neighborhood has many modern features. It is located less than ten miles east of the Tucson Country Club, a facility providing challenging golf greens, tennis courts, and banquet rooms for almost any occasion.

Roy P. Drachman – Agua Caliente Regional Park is established approximately two miles north of the Loma De La Vista Verde neighborhood. The park maintains various animal and vegetation habitats, providing viewing areas, exploration trails, and numerous educational programs for guests. Multiple ponds are located throughout the park so that a serene and tranquil environment exists within its beautiful surroundings.

The City of Tucson offers a different kind of excitement to residents of the Loma De La Vista Verde community. Tucson is home to the University of Arizona and is one of Arizona’s largest cities. The region is strongly influenced by Native American and Hispanic cultures, which are reflected in its architecture, restaurant selections, and community events.
