Fresh water fishing is available at Rose Canyon Lake, a beautiful place tucked away beneath towering Ponderosa Pines and stocked with rainbow trout in the spring.

Laurel Hills is established a few miles west of Roy P. Drachman Agua Caliente Regional Park, a destination with over 100 acres of land devoted to preserving wildlife and providing a welcoming environment for nature enthusiasts. The park is home to hundreds of species of native animals and plants, including reptiles, mammals, and birds, as well as numerous types of vegetation consisting of both native and non-native plants. There are also three ponds in the park that accommodate large varieties of aquatic animals and plants.
