The homes here are spaced fairly close together, but the neighborhood’s undeveloped land offers room to roam.

This community is desirable in part because of its proximity to area schools, including nearby Mountain View High School. Easy access to the interstate is also a plus, and shopping, dining, and entertainment options abound in the surrounding area.

Among the many prominent attractions near Hartman Vistas is Arthur Pack Regional Park. Of course, this community is also just a short drive from the many mountain parks and recreational areas that surround the city.
