It is a popular neighborhood among college students, due to its proximity to a variety of local schools. The University of Arizona, which is noted for its wealth of educational paths for undergraduates, is three miles to its southeast. The smaller, more concentrated Pima Community College is three miles to the west. The very specialized Bikram’s Yoga College of India is two and a half miles away.
