Established in 1929, this 20,000-acre park is one of the largest run by a local government in the United States. The park features 62 miles of trails used for hiking, biking, and equestrian purposes. There are challenging spots along the paths, as well as breathtaking views. Several picnic areas can be found throughout the park, and there is a rifle and pistol range.
