Palm trees line the streets, and winding roads along with the occasional roundabout add to the cosmetic appeal of this serene neighborhood.
The average home in this neighborhood was built in the 1950s and is around 2,200 square feet. Some homes, however, may reach 5,000 square feet and many also feature quarter-acre lots. Prices for homes in this neighborhood range anywhere in between $350 to $800 thousand. Catalina Vista’s close proximity to both the University Medical Center and the University of Arizona have helped keep home values high.
Tahoe Park, just off East Hampton Street, offers Catalina Vista residents a green area to walk or jog, as well as a small playground for children. Palm trees and benches are scattered throughout this small, friendly park.
