Catalina Pueblo is one the most charming and desirable quiet neighborhoods around Tucson. The community’s 108 town homes were designed and built in three stages during the 1970s by nationally recognized developer Don Maxon. Plaza Colonial off Skyline & Campbell, on the other hand, boasts interesting Southwest architecture with its prominent copper dome visible on the north east corner of the plaza. The plaza offers 8,000 square feet of retail space and restaurants.

Parents of school age children may take advantage of several schools in the area. Manzanita Elementary School, Orange Grove Middle School and Valley View Early learning Center are a few schools in the nearby neighborhoods.

Outdoor enthusiasts may enjoy La Paloma Country Club just off East Sunrise Drive. Tennis courts, golf courses, fitness rooms, workout facilities, pool and children’s activities are available for members.
