La Mariposa Resort, located just east of Broadway Northeast, has a fitness club and is a highly-utilized place for weddings, with a backdrop of Palo Verde and mesquite trees. This resort is also a polo club and hosts many United States Polo Association polo matches. There are spinning and weight lifting classes available, as well.
Horse owners will love Broadway Northeast since it is close to many horse boarding and training stables right outside the area, such as Raven Ranch and Santa Rita Arabians.
