Bravo Park Lane Apartments for Rent

(hide neighborhood information)

The Bravo Park Lane neighborhood is the compromise of convenience and commerce for its residents. While the northern part of the neighborhood consists of commercial properties, the southern portion is primarily residential. Bravo Park is in the center and buffers the neighborhood from the nearby freeway while maintaining accessibility.

West Ajo Way is the northern boundary. The Benson Highway forms the border on the southeast. Just below the neighborhood’s center of East Fair Street, South Campbell Avenue forms the eastern boundary. The eastern edge continues until it meets with the southern line of East Irvington Road. South Park Avenue closes off the community to the west.

With the I-10 just moments away, the entire city of Tucson opens up for the residents to enjoy. The Randolph Municipal Golf Course is just to the north of the neighborhood. The local stadium, named The Tucson Electric Park, is to the east. The Tucson international Airport is to the south of the community. To the west is the Old Pueblo Archaeology Center.

In the 85714 ZIP code of southern Tucson, this neighborhood has been around since the late 1970s. The homes are a mix of contemporary, hacienda, and ranch styles. They have enough backyard space to entertain comfortably. Most homes have water-saving desert landscaping in their front yards. Cooling trees, to help beat the summer heat, frame many of the houses.

The Bravo Park Lane neighborhood streets, lined with sidewalks, are inviting for the pedestrian traveling through the tidy, well-kept area. While the street plan does not lend itself to motorized through traffic, the main roads do have bike lanes for the environmentally conscious. The Sun Tran Bus Line offers public transportation along the perimeter on routes 11, 2, 6, and 26.
