The dining room features a large farmhouse table with seating for up to 10 people. The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, a large TV, a private balcony with rockers, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious standing glass shower. Additional bedrooms include two queen-size rooms and a twin bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. On-site private parking is available for two vehicles, with additional municipal parking garages for extra cars. Beach, bike, and baby gear rentals are available upon request. We provide 2 bath towel sets per bedroom, with more available for a linen rental fee. A starter pack of essential cleaning supplies is provided, and guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed. Located in the vibrant Virginia Beach resort area, this rental is within walking distance to the Sports Center, the Convention Center, the ViBe Creative District, and a variety of local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Access the home through a keyless entry keypad via the quiet rear alley. Note that there are steep stairs in the home. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM, with no early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season from May through September. Overnight parking on 22nd Street is not allowed.
