Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days with an 11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. Numerous restaurants and bars are located within walking distance and the beach is an 8-minute walk to the east. No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to booking. There is a no-smoking policy and no parties or events are allowed. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times and renters must be at least 24 years old. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood where absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM.
