Two queen-size bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom, and the third floor houses a twin bedroom and a large loft space perfect for lounging and TV watching. Each house offers onsite private parking for two vehicles, with municipal parking garages available for additional cars. Complimentary beach, bike, and baby gear rentals are available upon request, and an EV charger is available for electric vehicles upon request. We provide 2 bath towel sets per bedroom, with more available for a linen rental fee. Located in the close-knit Old Beach neighborhood, this home is just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. Nearby attractions include the Virginia Beach Convention Center, Sports Center, and the developing Atlantic Park. You'll also find golf courses, water sports, the Aquarium, concert venues, grocery stores, parks, coffee shops, bars, and more, all within walking or driving distance. Be mindful of the steep stairs in these homes. No early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season, May through September. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM. All equipment rentals will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure.
