Just a short walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market that takes place every Saturday during the summer from 8 am to 12 pm. Parking is available with space for one vehicle on-site per reservation. Additional paid parking is located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street in a parking garage. The apartment is situated in The Vibe District, a vibrant and welcoming community known for its amazing restaurants, cozy cafes, and local breweries. It's just a short walk from the beach, boardwalk, and Virginia Beach Sports Center, making it an ideal location for those looking to explore the area. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, with fees potentially applying depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home, so it is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. No events or retreats are allowed unless approved prior to your booking. Renters must be 22 years or older. Absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM due to city ordinance. No parties, celebrations, or events are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is four. No smoking of any substances is permitted on the property. Violation of any rules will result in immediate departure.
