Just a short walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market, which takes place every Saturday during the summer from 8 am to 12 pm, this apartment offers a king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a queen-size pullout sofa sleeper in the living area. Free parking is available on the premises for one vehicle per reservation. Additional paid parking is located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street in a parking garage. Nestled in The Vibe District, this apartment is a stone's throw away from the beach and boardwalk. The neighborhood is bustling with creative energy, offering easy access to the Virginia Beach Sport Center and a variety of dining and entertainment options. The apartment requires guests to be 22 years or older to rent. Absolute silence is required after 10:00 pm due to city ordinance. No parties, celebrations, or events are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is four. No smoking of any substances is permitted on the property. Violation of any rules will result in immediate departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, with fees applicable depending on the time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home, so it is best to utilize the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers. No events or retreats are allowed unless approved prior to booking.
