Just a short walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market that takes place every Saturday during the summer from 8 am to 12 pm, this apartment offers a king-size bed in a separate bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper located in the living area. Free on-site parking is included. Parking space for one vehicle is available on-site per reservation. Additional paid parking is located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street in a parking garage. You'll love the VIBE Creative District, home to amazing restaurants, cozy cafes, local breweries, and a vibrant, welcoming community. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, with fees applicable depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home, so it is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking. Guests must be 22 years or older to rent. Absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM due to city ordinance. No parties, celebrations, or events are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is four. No smoking of any substances is permitted on the property. Violation of any rules will result in immediate departure.
