The apartment comfortably sleeps six with a king-size bed in a separate bedroom, a full-size bed in the loft, and a queen pull-out memory foam sofa sleeper. Enjoy free parking on the premises. The apartment features a king-size bed in a separate bedroom, a queen-size bed in the lofted area above the kitchen, and a queen-size pullout sofa sleeper in the living area. The space is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment. Parking includes space for one vehicle onsite per reservation. Additional paid parking is available on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street in a parking garage. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, with fees applicable depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. Situated in The Vibe Creative District, the apartment is surrounded by phenomenal restaurants, cafes, breweries, and an incredible community environment. It's just a short walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market, which takes place every Saturday during the summer from 8 am to 12 pm. Nearby construction is underway for the future Surf Park. Absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM due to city ordinance. No parties, celebrations, or events are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is six. Smoking of any substances on the property is prohibited, and violation of any rules will result in immediate departure. Renters must be 22 years or older. We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home; it is best to utilize the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers for deliveries.
