It comfortably sleeps six guests and offers a king-size bed in the private bedroom, a full-size bed in the loft, and a queen memory foam pull-out sofa. Feel at home in this vibrant space. This apartment boasts a king-size bed in a separate bedroom, a queen-size bed in the lofted area above the kitchen, and a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper located in the living area. The open layout and modern design provide a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. Free parking is available on-site for one vehicle per reservation. Additional paid parking is located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street in a parking garage. Welcome to The Vibe District, just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Virginia Beach Sports Center. Explore the VIBE Creative District, known for its fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, lively breweries, and vibrant community atmosphere. Additionally, it's just a short walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market that takes place every Saturday during the summer. The apartment is situated near the Atlantic Surf Park, which is officially open, although there is still light construction in the area. Guests must be 22 years or older to rent. Absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM due to city ordinance. No parties, celebrations, or events are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is four. No smoking of any substances is permitted on the property. Violation of any rules will result in immediate departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, with fees applicable depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home, so it is best to utilize the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers. No events or retreats are allowed unless approved prior to booking.
