The primary bedroom facing the courtyard has a private balcony with rocking chairs. The kitchen is equipped with essentials for cooking and preparing meals, and a standard coffee maker is provided. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100. The townhouse includes a private parking garage suitable for compact cars and mid-size SUVs, and additional free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For longer stays, linen rentals are available at an additional cost. Beach, bike, and baby gear rentals are available upon request, with delivery and pick-up arranged for your convenience.
