Central heat and air, plus 3 ceiling fans. Small pets are permitted with owner approval. Owner tends the front yard, while tenant tends the fenced-in back yard, which has two sides – one with a storage shed and the other with a wood deck. Tenant pays all utilities (electric, gas, & water) and renter's insurance is a requirement. PET DEPOSIT: $750 ($200 of pet deposit is non-refundable.)
