No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The fireplace is for decoration only and should not be used.
