The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and another with two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and more, perfect for preparing meals, with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 12+ guests respectively. The pool and kiddie pool are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. Local conveniences include Pizza Hut, Walmart Supercenter, and CVS Pharmacy. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. Garbage is picked up on certain days, and guests will be informed the night before to leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards for pickup at 7 a.m. the next day. The landscaper visits once a week, and pest control services are conducted monthly. Despite these measures, outdoor insects may occasionally appear indoors, but they are not harmful and will be promptly removed if notified.
