Located in a charming and quiet neighborhood, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is near the center of Charlotte's trendy and vibrant Dilworth area. Perfect for long-term and short-term stays, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining and living room, ultra-fast Wi-Fi and Hulu Live TV, an en-suite washer and dryer, and onsite parking. Enjoy a private patio where you can relax after exploring shops and restaurants in Uptown and NoDa. Atrium CMC is a short drive away. This comfortable and quiet second-floor apartment is an end unit with windows throughout, offering a balcony overlooking the front lawn, making it perfect for two couples or a family with children. Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away. Amenities include cardio equipment, weights, group classes, and swimming. A 7-day pass is only $50. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the complimentary snacks and beverages. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything down to the garlic press, and the large dining room is perfect for family meals. We are a dog-friendly home, with a non-refundable fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. A workstation is available to rent out for your stay, which includes a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The neighborhood has a mix of stately homes and craftsman bungalows, many built in the early 1900s, along with several vibrant commercial areas that provide an abundance of local restaurants and shops, making Dilworth the most pedestrian-friendly, walkable neighborhood in the city. Located just 1.5 miles from the central business district (Uptown), you'll be able to walk to three parks, two full-service grocery stores, over 40 restaurants, massage studios, coffee shops, art galleries, consignment stores, neighborhood pubs, and other amenities along wide sidewalks under huge willow oak trees. Within just a couple of blocks are many dining options, including a sushi restaurant, one of the best Italian restaurants in Charlotte, a coffee shop, yoga studio, several neighborhood pubs, a popular breakfast spot, a full-service grocery store, and a park with a tennis court. A transit stop half a block away provides bus service directly to Uptown, the Convention Center, Spectrum Arena, Panthers Stadium, and in the other direction to SouthPark every 15-20 minutes. The Lynx Blue Line light rail is only a 15-minute walk away, with trains going directly Uptown in 10 minutes. Carolinas Medical Center is 4 minutes away by car, or an easy 15-20 minute walk. Annual events in the neighborhood include the Greek Festival, Festival in the Park, and the Dilworth Criterium bicycle race. With so much at your doorstep and great access to public transportation, a car is not needed, and many guests simply take a taxi from the airport and explore the neighborhood on foot. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately, and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. A workstation is available to rent out for your stay. This includes a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
