Guests must be 21 or older to book, and a government-issued photo ID is required at the time of booking. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior authorization will incur a $125 fee. Smoking or drugs of any kind are not allowed indoors or on the property, with a $1000 fine for any violations. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests, and the number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. No mail or packages are allowed, and food deliveries are welcome. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation and a $1000 fine. No pets are allowed per apartment complex bylaws. Illegal activities, including prostitution and possession of firearms, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction and additional penalties. Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited. This is a shared residential building, so please be respectful of neighbors and common areas. Excessive noise, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and may incur fines. Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these house rules. Stays exceeding 28 days require bi-weekly cleanings, scheduled at mutually convenient times with the guest.
