South End neighborhood is one of Charlotte’s most dynamic neighborhoods. The neighborhood’s walkability and transit access make it easy to explore, while its growing number of parks and community spots add to its appeal. Enjoy a walk or bike ride along the Rail Trail and discover a variety of great places to eat and drink along the way. The apartment is perfectly located to let you experience the best of Charlotte. The New Bern Light Rail Station is just a 3-minute walk, Uptown is just a 7-minute ride on the Rail, Bank of America Stadium is a quick 10-minute drive, Spectrum Center is only 11 minutes away by car, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport is a super convenient 14-minute drive, ideal for travelers. Smoking or drugs of any kind, including hookah, are not allowed indoors or on the property. A $1000 fine will be charged for any ash or signs of violations. This includes porches and shared spaces. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation and a $1000 fine. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests, and the number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior authorization will incur a $125 fee to cover scheduling disruptions for our turnover team. Excessive trash left in or around the unit may result in an additional $60 cleaning fee. No pets are allowed per apartment complex bylaws. Mail and packages are not allowed. We kindly ask that you use a local Amazon Hub, PO Box, or UPS Store instead. Food deliveries are welcome. Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction and additional penalties. Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited. This is a shared residential building. Please be respectful of neighbors and common areas. Excessive noise, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and may incur fines. Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these house rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. The apartment is perfect for business travelers with high-speed Wi-Fi, a quiet workspace, and proximity to business districts. Co-working spaces with quiet work pods are available, great for meeting up with friends and co-workers.
