Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for $175, which includes new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. Early check-in and late checkout are available based on availability, with fees applicable. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund.
